What to do if I stain all the time with Vines tablets?

I would like to know what to do because I take vines tablets and in the first whole package every day without even a day break I stain in an expensive package there were days when I stained and every day but they were and is at the third package I still have 14 tablets including placebo and 3 day stain already in this package and whether in this case I can write to the gynecologist to extend the prescription for these tablets or should I change to others because spotting will not end (I know that they can occur up to 3 months)
