The vaginal hormonal disc blocks ovulation, there is no physiological cycle or changes in fertility - hormonal contraception causes with great effectiveness a reversible lack of fertility throughout the period of use. When using the disc uncommonly (not more than 1 in 100 women), side effects such as discomfort during intercourse may occur, including pain, bleeding, inconvenience associated with the presence of the system felt by a man. If the discomfort persists, it is worth talking to a gynecologist about it.
