How many hours can I take my first Drovelis tablet?

When starting to take drovelis pills (I note that these are my first contraceptive pills) according to the leaflet after 24 hours id the occurrence of spotting (hourly for example, the first spotting occurred on Wednesday at 10 o'clock and the first pill I took on Thursday at 7:30) or does it affect the contraceptive effect in the first 7 days of taking?

If you have not used hormonal contraception in the previous month, you should start taking Drovelis on the first day of menstrual bleeding. Then the drug provides immediate protection against pregnancy. You can also take the first tablet from the 2nd to the 5th day of the cycle, but in this case you should use additional protective measures, e.g. condoms for the first seven days. The first day of menstruation is considered to be the day of the appearance of bleeding - an outflow in a noticeable, larger amount of blood of red color. Then it is best not to delay taking the tablet until 24 hours have passed, especially since the diagnosis of the beginning of bleeding may be subjective, sometimes also a woman does not immediately notice that she has received menstruation. In case of any doubts whether the tablet was taken on the first day of menstruation, it is best to use additional protection for the first week. I enclose additional information:
