Good morning, if before taking the Vibin Mini contraceptive pills there was diarrhea (several times) and after taking the anti pill there were again 1-2 liquid stools, should I take an additional tablet from the spare blister?

If diarrhea occurred before taking the tablet, and after taking it you gave only 1-2 liquid stools - there is no need to take an additional tablet. However, if the liquid stools will be repeated within 3-4 hours of taking the tablet, then you should take an additional one from the new blister.
