Can I use Polopiryna Complex if I have a runny nose and muscle and joint pain, but without fever?

Will Polopiryns Complex help with omostitis?. For sure, like no other drug in my case relieves pain in the gums pid tooth. Does it also destroy bacteria that are found for inflammation? 🤔
