Is it possible to combine valsacor 80 (2x1) with kostarox 60 (1x1). I noticed an increase in pressure to about 180/70.

There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. Both COX-2 inhibitors (e.g., Kostaraox) and angiotensin II receptor antagonists (e.g., Valsacor) can lead to impaired renal function, so combination use of medications may increase this risk. In addition, Kostarox may weaken the antihypertensive effect of Valsacor. Renal function and blood pressure should be monitored during the use of the combination. This is especially true for elderly and/or dehydrated patients with impaired function of this organ. If you have observed these types of side effects, you should inform your doctor, who will decide on this basis about further proceedings.
