For @Bożena: You can take Monolipid K Forte if Diuresin SR is used. The components of these preparations do not interact with each other significantly that would affect the effectiveness or safety of treatment.

There have been no interactions between the active substances in Lercan, Karbis, metformin and monacolin K (natural lovastatin) contained in the dietary supplement monolipid K Forte that could affect their efficacy and safety. As for bergamot fruit extract, which is the second ingredient in the Monolipid K Forte dietary supplement, there is a lack of data on its drug interactions. However, please remember that Monolipid K Forte has the status of a dietary supplement - its purpose is to supplement nutritional deficiencies, not to treat hypercholesterolemia. If the test results indicate elevated blood cholesterol levels, you should first seek the advice of a doctor who will decide whether to include treatment is necessary.
