What does it mean to plan with birth control pills 4 and 3 days before taking the first placebo pill does it mean that there will be bleeding soon or why does this spotting occur already 3 to 4 days before the placebo pill? (Vines tablets)

As I mentioned, for the first few packs (usually 3 - 6) there may be irregular spotting and bleeding. This is related to the adaptation of the body to the drug used. Spotting does not affect the effectiveness and safety of hormonal contraception. More about spotting and bleeding during contraception can be found in the material:

If this is one of your first packages, it may be spotting resulting from the adaptation of the body to the use of contraceptive drugs. However, when half a year of using Vines tablets has already passed, it is recommended to consult a gynecologist to determine the cause of spotting: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/81748/vines-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/195614
