There should be no adverse drug interactions between these drugs. Nevertheless, due to the fact that Trittco, Escitil and Pragiola are prescription drugs, taking other drugs (including those without a prescription) and dietary supplements should be consulted with a doctor. Between the use of these preparations, please keep a break of several hours, a minimum of 2-3 hours. The combined use of Trittico and Pragioli may be therapeutically beneficial, the patient should be closely monitored for signs of toxicity during the use of the combination. This combination increases the risk of side effects in the form of arrhythmias, which can potentially be serious. This applies especially to people who are sensitive to the occurrence of such disorders - that is, suffering from heart disease or the so-called "long QT syndrome", having problems with nerve conduction, or exposed to electrolyte disorders (e.g. after acute diarrhea and vomiting).
