Can Bioxetin cause headaches and dizziness, nausea, diarrhea and weakness after three weeks of use?

For 3 weeks of taking Bioxetin I felt good. Unfortunately, today I feel terrible. Headaches and dizziness, nausea, diarrhea and weakness. I have a question. Is it possible that the side effects of Bioxetin can occur only after 3 weeks?.

Fluoxetine (the active substance in Bioxetin) works at least 2 weeks and often even later. During this time, various types of side effects may appear. In particular, this applies to thoughts of self-harm or suicide, but the patient may also feel powerless, tired, weak, worsening depression or anxiety, sweating, muscle tension, throbbing, dizziness, a feeling of tremor or warmth in various parts of the body or restlessness. Other side effects may also be more pronounced. This is due to the fact that drugs weaken the perception of anxiety quite quickly, but do not immediately have an antidepressant effect. If the side effects are difficult to withstand, then you can consult a doctor and modify the therapy. Bioxetin must not be discontinued overnight, as it may be associated with side effects, more on that here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
