Hello Madam, is the pregnancy test performed 17 days after intercourse, but 2 days before the expected menstruation reliable and excludes pregnancies?

To @Obawa:
You can rule out pregnancy.
Hello, I'm writing to ask about the test results. Very stressed
In general, I would like to add that my endometrium is 4.5 mm and I haven't had my period for 3 years due to an eating disorder (it appeared after Duphaston pills)
After intercourse, 8 days after intercourse, I took a morning urine test from the pharmacy - negative, 10 days after the intercourse beta hCG 0.200 and 17 days after intercourse again a test from the pharmacy from the morning urine - negative. Can I really rule out pregnancy? Lately my lower abdomen hurts and I have a sore throat, I don't know if it's because of stress because I don't hide it, I just think about it and worry about it, or if it's just a flu/cold. Thank you in advance for your reply!

Yes, the result of a home pregnancy test performed 17 days after intercourse and 2 days before the date of the expected menstruation can already be considered reliable. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic
