Will the side effects of Escitalopram and Tranxene pass, or should I consult a doctor?

Good morning. From 1.04 takes medication prescribed by a psychiatrist for anxiety 1/2 escitalopram actavis 10mg in the morning and 2 hours after it tranxene5mg. After two days, I feel strange after receiving them. I feel such heat beats in the heart area I have bouts of internal tremor of the feet and hands. Sometimes it's a strange feeling in my head and I'm so sluggish. Will this pass or should I ask the psychiatrist to change the medication? Please some advice Respectfully
