Pregabalin must not be combined with alcohol. The active substance enhances the effect of alcohol. The half-life of pregabalin (the time after which the concentration of the drug reaches half of its value) is 6.5 hours. If we are healthy and our body normally metabolizes and excretes the drug, then after about 33 hours after taking the last dose, there will be traces of its amount in the body. After +- 35 hours from taking the last tablet, it is therefore allowed to consume small amounts of alcohol.
