For over 3 months I have been using Vines contraceptive pills, in the middle of the blister there was quite a strong bleeding accompanied by abdominal pain, since I use the pills I have a problem with constipation, bloating and a constant feeling of hunger. Should I change the pills or wait with the hope that the body will get used to it?

If the symptoms have been accompanying you for more than 3 months, it is worth reporting the side effects to your doctor. Symptomatic treatment can be used, e.g. by taking probiotics or symemethicone-based drugs, e.g. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/27646/espumisan-kapsulki/apteki If the symptoms do not disappear, it may be necessary to change the contraceptive, e.g. to discs or patches.
