Is there a drug better than Elenium?

Good morning. I have been taking 5 mg in the morning and 25 mg in the evening for the year Elenium. The gentleman in the pharmacy told me that this drug is the "Middle Ages". I take Elenium from leaving the psychiatric hospital. There I got it and the psychiatrist from the clinic has been writing it to me for a year. I wonder why this "Middle Ages" gives me. There is no better drug? And yet I take Fluanxol 3 mg in the morning and evening
