It is not recommended to use additional preparations, such as Dobenox, during anticoagulant treatment with Edoxabanene without consulting the attending physician. If the doctor assesses that in your case you can use both drugs at the same time, please strictly follow his recommendations and take preparations at fixed times and at fixed intervals. Calcium dobesylate - the active substance in Dobenox Forte - improves venous circulation and has a protective effect on blood vessels. Reduces permeability and increases the elasticity of capillaries. It reduces platelet aggregation and blood plasma viscosity, thus improving tissue flow, which prevents stagnation and blood clots in venous vessels. It also improves the plasticity of erythrocytes and inhibits their tendency to clump together.
