Hello, Yesterday I started a new pack of birth control pills, I accidentally took two pills on the first day of this pack. Should I continue and take one tablet each? Won't this interfere with the effectiveness of contraception if there were more hormones on the first day than on the others?

In the following days, please take the tablets as usual - one a day. A single doubling of the dose of the drug does not affect the contraceptive effectiveness of the pills. Since you will miss one active tablet - the break for bleeding should be done the day before than usual. If these are tablets in the 21+7 scheme - active tablets you will take 20 days this month, after which you should take a 7-day break, then start a new pack of tablets.
