Should I stop taking Vines if I still have heavy bleeding for 10 days of using them?

I started taking Vines on the first day of my period. I'm currently bleeding for the 10th day. A lot of blood clots appear. I'm weak. I have a visit to the doctor only in 1.5 weeks. In this case, is it better to stop taking the tablets or is it normal? I'm afraid I'll get anemia.

Prolonged, profuse bleeding during the first pack of Vines tablets may occur. Nevertheless, if the situation worries you, it is worth consulting a doctor who will decide whether it is advisable to discontinue tablets or introduce, for example, drugs with antihemorrhagic effect.
