Does local anesthesia when removing teeth affect the effectiveness of Microgynon 21 hormonal contraception? What is the interval between painkillers and Microgynon 21?

Hello, I use Microgynon 21 tablets. Next week I have an 8-piece removal procedure under local anesthesia. Does anesthesia cause any reduction in the effectiveness of the tablets? I take the tablets every day at 1 p.m. and I have the procedure at 3 p.m. When it comes to pain pills, what time interval must there be from taking the contraceptive pill and the pain pill? Thank you in advance for your reply, greetings.
