If a week ago 2 hours after taking the contraceptive pill I had a one-time diarrhea, is it necessary to take additional protection? If so, for what period of time?

There is no need for additional security. A disposable loose stool for about 2 hours after taking the tablet does not affect its effectiveness. Only if diarrhea occurred, understood as a minimum of 3 loose bowel movements, often accompanied by abdominal pain and fever, contraceptive protection could be reduced.
