Good morning. Is it possible to use biphasic contraception without taking a placebo tablet (eg: when you need to shift bleeding or simply no bleeding). Or is it possible to even bypass placebo pills once every two months?

Placebo tablets can be skipped twice in a row - that is, you can combine 3 packs without a break for bleeding. Too frequent use of this treatment may lead to the occurrence of mid-cycle bleeding. You can skip the placebo pills once every two months. Bleeding and midcyclic spotting may occur, but protection will be maintained.
