If you have these symptoms since you start taking Asertin, it is very likely that they will get worse as you increase your dose. Usually, these symptoms disappear after about 2-3 weeks - so it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will decide to extend the period in which you will take half the dose, e.g. up to 3 weeks - if after this time the tremors and palpitations subside, only then he will recommend increasing the dose of the drug to the whole tablet. Side effects of drugs should always be reported to the doctor, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

The drug you are asking about - Asetin is only available on prescription, so the legitimacy and dosage regimen is determined by the doctor. In the first place, therefore, you should discuss with the doctor conducting the situation that worries you. At the beginning of therapy with all antidepressants, side effects may occur in the form of panic attacks, palpitations, pain and dizziness, etc. In most people, these symptoms disappear on their own within the first few weeks of treatment. Each organism is slightly different, so it is difficult to estimate when this will happen in this case. In this case, I encourage you to consult your doctor, who will recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatment for you.
