Should I protect myself additionally if I am not sure that I have accidentally taken a tablet with the active substance while using placebo tablets?
Yesterday (Sunday) I took the first placebo pill after taking 3 active weeks. However, today (Monday) I'm not sure if by accident I did not take an active pill, what in such a situation? Take a placebo normally all the time? Should you use additional security? I care primarily about the answer as to whether I should use additional security or not.

There is no need for additional security. In such a situation, you can continue taking the active substance tablets(s), thus shortening the period of taking the placebo tablets, or complete the placebo as usual and only then start taking the tablets from the new package. In bu situations, protection will be maintained and there is no need to use an additional form of contraception for 7 days. The effect of the drug will be preserved.
