Should I consult a doctor and change medications if after taking Vibin Mini I had acute pain in the stomach, intestines and fainted?

Hello, since yesterday I started taking Vibin mini. There were no side effects, but at night my stomach and intestines started to hurt a lot. Very sharp pain. In the morning, in addition, while urinating, I fainted. Currently, my ovaries and intestines hurt. Should I consult a doctor and change medications? (The painkillers you take are nimesil) In addition, I have a question whether you can take tardiferon fol and Vibin mini one day?

Please consult your doctor as soon as possible. My guess is that you will not be able to function as described (with very acute pain in the stomach, intestines and fainting) to continue the therapy, so changing the drug seems reasonable. Yes, you can take Tardiferon-Fol and Vibin Mini one day. Please note that side effects of medicines should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your loved ones, who may also need the same medicine one day. This step also allows you to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and update data on them. We wrote about how to do this here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
