If the covid-19 test from the pharmacy came out positive after 6 days of a negative PCR test result, could this indicate infection?

On February 16, I did an antigen test and a pcr test. Both came out negative. On February 17, I got a fever (I only had it once) and my throat started to hurt, which is reddened and there is pus. Today I did a test at home and I tested positive. Whether it could be covid or angina. I mention that I am in quarantine.

If the test from the pharmacy came out positive, it is probably Covid. We wrote about how to act when a suspected infection is here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/co-zrobic-gdy-podejrzewasz-u-siebie-koronawirusa I attach additional materials that may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-na-covid-19 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/testy-na-koronawirusa-sars-cov-2
