Physiological menstruation after discontinuation of hormonal contraception should appear approximately up to 45 days. In your case, therefore, there is no reason to worry. It is possible to have aching for the ovaries after discontinuation of contraception and after menstruation.
Is it still possible to have aches after this first period and in general after withdrawal?
