If there was no diarrhea or vomiting up to 4 hours after taking the tablet - there is no reason to worry. Fiber accelerates digestion and intestinal transit, but in the amounts available in food and in a time interval of 5 hours from taking the tablet - it does not adversely affect the absorption of the tablet and does not interfere with protection against pregnancy, there is no reason to worry.
