Lower abdominal cramps can occur during pregnancy, but they are not a symptom by which it can be diagnosed. If you have any suspicions that you may be pregnant, please take a pregnancy test: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/test-ciazowy-jaki-wybrac-i-kiedy-zrobic Please be aware, however, that after a month after conception there are no symptoms of pregnancy, such as nausea (at the earliest after 6 weeks), and abdominal enlargement is observed about 4 months of pregnancy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/blog/edukacja-seksualna-o-co-pacjenci-anonimowo-pytaja-farmaceutow In my opinion, the symptoms which you describe have nothing to do with pregnancy, although it is possible that you may be in it.
