Does an hour delay in sticking a new Evra patch reduce its anti-absorption effectiveness?

Good morning, I have been gluing Evra patches for 3 months. Wednesday is my patch change day (around 16:30-17:00). Last Wednesday, i.e. February 9, I had the first day after a week's break (the first day of sticking a new patch and the start of the 3rd package).
