Can Liberelle cause nausea and stomach pain?

I have just started the 4th pack of liberelle tablets. I am sick and my stomach hurts. Is it possible that this is how these pills work on me? Will it pass or ask for other pills?

One of the side effects of Liberelle is the presence of stomach problems such as nausea. These effects are reported by more than 1 in 10 patients. In contrast, stomach pain is reported by no more than 1 in 10 patients. I also encourage you to report side effects. Reporting side effects allows you to increase control over medicines available on the market.
