Can Adatam have a negative effect on reflux?

I cannot find information that tamsulosin (the active ingredient in Adatam) has a negative effect on the work of the lower esophageal sphincter and can cause or worsen reflux. Tamsulosin acts selectively on the receptors that are responsible for the contraction of the smooth muscles of the prostate gland and urethra. However, it can cause constipation, diarrhoea, nausea or vomiting in no more than 1 in 100 patients.
