No, there is no need. Passing feces or urine after taking the tablet does not affect its effectiveness. You can also eat meals normally. Protection may be reduced if vomiting or diarrhea occurs within 3-4 hours after taking the tablet - that is, a minimum of 3 loose stools, accompanied by, for example, abdominal pain and fever.
