Does the period in January exclude the possibility of getting pregnant after its completion?

Hello. I would like to know because in January I had a 3-day period, in February I am two weeks late and despite the fact that I do not have it, I am struggling with lower abdominal pain, negative test, can it be pregnancy if there was a period in January? Please help and advice. Thank you in advance. Olivia .

If the pregnancy test was done correctly, then you are not pregnant. The occurrence of a period in January does not exclude the possibility of getting pregnant at a later date. After menstruation, ovulation took place, during which fertilization could occur, which results in the absence of bleeding in February.
