Is it possible that a double dose of contraception on Friday caused a delay in the onset of withdrawal bleeding?
Hello, I have been taking Vibin tablets for a year. On Friday I took the last active tablet and in the evening I took the second one from the spare package because there was diarrhea. On Monday I always got withdrawal bleeding, but this time I didn't get it. Is it possible that a double dose of contraception on Friday caused this delay and simply the body has not yet felt the dose of the hormone lowered by it?

If you rule out pregnancy, it is possible that withdrawal bleeding will be delayed by taking a double dose of hormones. Please also remember that no body works "like clockwork" and withdrawal bleeding does not always have to occur on the same day - this is quite normal and you should not worry about it.
