What should I do if the puck fell out 3 days ago?

I have been using Nuvaring vaginal discs for a few months, I have never had such a situation before - the krazek fell out to me at least 3 days ago, it was put on 10 days ago, i.e. it fell out in 1/2 week from inserting the disc. What should I do? How to start a new cycle of application now?

If the Nuvaring system was outside the vagina for about 3 days in the first or second week of use, contraceptive efficacy may have decreased. It is necessary to wash the vaginal therapeutic system in cold or lukewarm (not hot) water and put on the vaginal therapeutic system as soon as possible and leave it without interruption, at least for 7 days. If you are to have intercourse during these 7 days, you should additionally use a condom. If the disc fell out in the first week of the cycle and you had intercourse during the last seven days, there is a possibility that you are pregnant. In this case, you should contact your doctor. After 7 days, I suggest putting in a new disc without taking a 7-day break.
