Is breast pain and ovarian pain a symptom of pregnancy or a side effect of birth control pills?

I take birth control pills from 4 msc. By the third pack, the breast pain had disappeared and now by the fourth, it had reappeared with the ovarian pain. Is this normal? Am I still getting used to them or could it be pregnancy? The intercourse was three weeks ago. Could it already be a symptom of pregnancy?

Side effects often appear more often or with greater severity at the beginning of the use of drugs. This does not mean that they cannot occur later or after the break. Pain in the breast or lower abdomen are not symptoms on the basis of which pregnancy can be unequivocally suspected. If you have any concerns about the effects of the pills, there was no withdrawal bleeding or you made a mistake in using the method and you want to make sure about the pregnancy - it is best to just do a pregnancy test.
