Hello. I change Hastina 24+4 tablets to Levomine mini. Are they weaker tablets? How to change them so that the protection is preserved? And aren't they less effective than Hastina? I can't find the Paerla indicator for Levomine mini anywhere.

Hastina and Levomine mini preparations differ in the type of active substances. They may differ in tolerance, and thus possibly the degree of severity of side effects. You can change your contraceptive from Hastina after taking the last active tablet. Instead of using placebo tablets, you can start using Levomine mini active tablets. The second correct way is to take all Hastina tablets (together with placebo tablets) and then start using Levomine mini active tablets: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101051/levomine-mini-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/250546 In both cases, protection will be maintained. Levomine mini tablets should be as effective as Hastina. Both preparations belong to the group of two-component contraceptive preparations. The effectiveness of Levomine mini depends on the regularity of the tablets used, possibly other medicines taken, the occurrence of diarrhea or vomiting.
