Is it normal that after combining two Vines blisters 3 months ago, I still do not have withdrawal bleeding to this day?

Good evening .3 months ago I came to ask what to do when I missed the 17th tablet from the vines package. Then one of the ladies wrote me not to take placebo pills but to immediately continue the new packaging. So I did. Since then, I have not yet received withdrawal bleeding (it should be the second) in addition, I gained 3kg. I feel very full and have no idea what to do next. Is it normal that this is happening to me? I have a visit to the gynecologist for 2 weeks.

No, it is not normal that after a single combination of Vines packs, you do not have withdrawal bleeding and gain weight. Bleeding should occur as scheduled on each placebo tablet.
