Mrs. Katarzyna, the doctor changed my contraception from Drovelis to Adaring disc, the results of D-dimer was normal for 3 months. Today's result is 757 - which is a lot too much. Legs do not swell , no thrombotic symptoms. The question is what to do? Change contraception? The doctor recommended taking Acard 75 . I'm afraid of thrombosis, embolism. What do you think of this result?

No, if the D-dimer takes variable values, but does not exceed the norm (500), then there is no reason to worry. Such a result shall be considered negative.
