Antibiotics can weaken the effect of contraception on several levels, e.g. by inhibiting or stimulating hormone metabolism in the liver, therefore, it cannot be completely excluded that Macromax will not affect the effectiveness of the disc. I suggest using additional protection throughout the entire period of antibiotic therapy and 7 days after its completion.
