To @Iksik: Even if the metabolites of the antibiotic were found in the body's secretions, they would be negligible amounts that, if ingested by another person, would not have a significant effect on their body.
So how is the antibiotic transmitted?

The antibiotic does not penetrate into the sperm. The consumption of sperm of a man taking an antibiotic will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
Does the antibiotic Augmentin penetrate into the sperm? My partner is currently taking it. I take birth control pills Atywia Daily and I wonder if the consumption of such sperm affects the effectiveness of contraceptive pills?

No, if it is your partner (and not you) who is using the antibiotic - this does not affect the reduction in the effectiveness of contraception. The antibiotic is not transmitted through saliva.
