Could Restless Legs Syndrome be caused by Mirtor or the result of COVID?

I take Mirtor 30 mg for 9 months now. For three weeks I have been experiencing a nagging syndrome of restless legs. Could this ailment be an adverse reaction of the drug even though I have been taking it for so long, or can it be caused by a recent covid?

Restless legs syndrome is uncommon (may affect up to 1 in 100 people), but a possible side effect of Mirtor. After contracting COVID-19, various abnormalities are found, including neurological ones. It is difficult to clearly assess what is the cause of the ailment in your case. You should inform the doctor who is dealing with your case about the appearance of this symptom.
