The above drugs are available only on prescription, so the doctor should decide on their combination in the therapy of a given patient. There are some interactions between the drugs you mentioned. However, they are not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. Caution should be exercised in elderly and/or dehydrated patients with impaired renal function. Monitoring of blood pressure is recommended in patients taking Telmisartan with NSAIDs (in this case, Kostarox). It is also recommended to control kidney function at the beginning of treatment, it is also worth taking care of proper hydration of the patient. It is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if you observe them, you can associate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances. This does not mean, however, that the symptoms described above will certainly occur in your case. In the case of combining the above drugs, the probability of the appearance of a given side effect increases statistically, but it is not certain whether a person will have a specific effect.
