Is the protection reduced if vomiting occurs about 4 hours after taking the first tablet from the new Vines blister?

Good morning, Yesterday was the first day of the new Vines packaging. I took the pill before bedtime, but at night I was awakened by a stomachache and I vomited. This was probably less than 4 hours after taking the pill. Today I vomited all day, for the evening I will take another pill. Will the security for this month already be weakened? Should additional security be applied?

If vomiting occurred less than 3-4 hours after taking the tablet, protection may be reduced and an additional tablet should have been taken. Since you have not taken the extra tablet, protection may be reduced. An additional security measure shall be applied for the next 7 days. If in the 7 days preceding the described situation there was intercourse, there is a risk of pregnancy.
