Can I use Polpril, Indapen, Dulsevia and Zyrtec together?

I take Dulsevia for neuralgie and fibromyalgia. Now I had problems with long-term hypertension. I got a new drug Polpril and Indapen. I also take Zyrtec almost every day because I am allergic. Can these drugs be combined? I mean especially Polpril and Indapen.

The starting dose of Polpril is 2.5 mg per day. The dose should be gradually increased depending on the patient's tolerance: it is recommended to double the dose after 1-2 weeks. treatment, and after another 2-3 weeks. increase to the target dose of 10 mg prescribed by the doctor. Indapen SR is a drug that has a diuretic effect and lowers blood pressure. It is in the form of prolonged-release tablets, so it can be used once a day, preferably in the morning. I suspect that the intensifying buzzes are due to the fact that you do not use the drug, so hypertension is not sufficiently controlled. Whether you should use these drugs at the same time depends on several elements. It is difficult to assess this without knowing your medical records. In this case, I encourage you to consult your doctor, who will recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatment for you.

All drugs are used on behalf of doctors. I talk about what I accept, and I feel worse and worse. Can Polpril and Indapen be taken at the same time? The doctor didn't tell me that. For a week I have been taking Polpril 2.5 mg alone, in the morning, because I am afraid of a significant decrease in RR . Unfortunately, my pressure is still jumping, and the circumcision is still there. Especially in the morning. The doctor told me to observe myself and possibly increase the dose, because you can up to 10 mg. I'm lost in all this :(

The active substance in Clatra belongs to exactly the same generation of antihistamines as Zyrtec. It can also cause side effects such as drowsiness: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18223/clatra-20-mg-tabletki/ulotka/192036 In addition, the combined use of Fostex with antihistamines (e.g. Zyrtec, Clatra) increases the risk of heart rhythm disorders. Medicines should only be used under the supervision of a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92140/fostex-aerozol/ulotka/216446 Doreta can only be used together with Dulsevia if they have been prescribed by one doctor. The combined use of preparations increases the risk of e.g. serotonin syndrome: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/24480/doreta-37-5-mg-325-mg-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/198622 Euthyrox can be used together with other preparations: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/28213/euthyrox-n-50-tabletki/ulotka/86248 Lipegis does not interact with other preparations: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/43943/lipegis-tabletki/ulotka/179765 Modifications of pharmacotherapy should be done taking into account the other medicines you are using. I encourage you to inform your doctor about all diets and dietary supplements used. This will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.

Wouldn't Clatra be better than Zyrtec? I also take Fostex 200 for asthma and Lipegis for cholesterol levels. Temporarily Doreta on a sick spine. Recommended by a rheumatologist, just like Dulsev. At the earliest in the morning Euthyrox50, because of Hashimoto's. There are a lot of drugs, but I do 1 -2 hour steps between them. :(

There are no contraindications to the combination of Polpril and Indapen with Dulsevia: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89259/dulsevia-kapsulki/ulotka/212941 However, interactions occur between other preparations used by you. The combination of Dulsevia and Zyrtec is not recommended unless your doctor tells you otherwise. The combined use of preparations increases the risk of side effects such as drowsiness: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/86412/zyrtec-tabletki-powlekane/ulotka/99150 The combined use of Polpril and Indapen should also result from the recommendation of them by one doctor.
