Nie, nie ma to znaczenia. Zawartość tabletki uwalnia się stopniowo na każdym odcinku przewodu pokarmowego. Jeśli zatem nie doszło np. do wyplucia, czy zwymiotowania tabletki - tabletka zadziała prawidłowo i ochrona jest zachowana.
