What can be caused by lower abdominal pain, cyst on the ovary, bleeding while taking Drovelis?

Good morning. She has been using contraception since July 2019. I am 25 years old. At first I took vines, but I had bleeding so I was prescribed Atywie Daily. I don't take it less than 3 months anymore. For this I take Drovelis. My period ended 14 days ago. From the 11th tablet I hurt terribly lower abdomen, right ovary and bloody brown - red along with clots. By using contraception, we additionally protect ourselves with a condom, so I exclude pregnancy. In addition, on the right ovary I have a follicle of 13mm and previously it was a two-chamber cyst over 36mm. What could be the cause of this? Thank you, best regards
