Hello, I ate 2 tangerines at 14:45, and at 10:28 I took the Vines contraceptive pill. I know that citrus can cause the liver to be "busy" breaking down first the fruit and then the tablet. Is my interval safe? Doesn't eating two mandarins lower the protection against pregnancy in this situation and thus I do not have to take an extra tablet?

Eating tangerine does not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
And does eating one tangerine 1.5 hours before taking a pill affect its absorption and contraceptive effectiveness?

Zupełnie nic się nie stało.
Nie wystąpiła ani biegunka ani wymioty. Tak jak wspomniałam tabletkę przyjęłam o 10:28 a mandarynki spożyłam o 14;40. (Zachowałam odstęp 4 godzin). Czyli nic się nie stało i skuteczność jest zachowana tak?

Zjedzenie dwóch mandarynek nie obniża skuteczności antykoncepcji ani nie wymaga przyjęcia dodatkowej tabletki, gdyż nie wspomina Pani, aby po ich spożyciu wystąpiła biegunka czy wymioty.
