Should I put another disc on the time I first took it out or the second time?
I forgot to put the Nuva ring back in the 3rd week of use, after 4 hours I remembered about it so in a panic I put it in, but after reading the leaflet I took it out and it was about 3.5 hours after insertion. Should I put another disc on the time I first took it out or the second time? Doesn't it matter?
