Is it normal to have withdrawal bleeding once I don't?

I have been using nuvaring discs for almost a year p for the last 3 months menstruation with withdrawal in October was not in November was and now in December there was once is once not what previously did not happen every month until October the period smaller or larger with withdrawal appeared. Is this normal or a cause for concern. Please reply
